30-day returns.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Your statutory rights are preserved.

How to start a return

1. Email support@brewneck.com with your order number to request a return authorization (RMA) and return address.
2. Wait for your RMA and return address before sending a parcel.
3. Pack the full item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA. Keep the kettle clean and dry.

Parcels without an RMA cannot be processed. Use the return address provided with your RMA, not our business address.

Keep everything together

Keep the product, full contents, and packaging together. The kettle and matching powered base should accompany it.

Return shipping

Change-of-mind return shipping is normally the buyer’s responsibility.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

Email support@brewneck.com with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund. Keep the packaging and contact us before using or returning the item. Do not disassemble a damaged mechanism.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary return window does not limit applicable statutory rights, including EU withdrawal and legal guarantee rights. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from change-of-mind returns.
